OHADA LAW and interactions with national legislation. The Democratic Republic of Congo has been a member of OHADA (Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa) since 12 September 2012. OHADA Uniform Acts are in force and require companies to know, depending on the circumstances, which standard shall be applicable.

Supported by numerous training courses attended (in the DR Congo, as well as in the OHADA zone), Étude Kabinda’s teams offer a framework for a controlled understanding of regulations and its interaction with DRC law in various areas : company law, commercial law and security law, collective proceedings, transportation law, among others.
