Emmanuelle Kapita-Mba Mipu
A law graduate from the University of Kinshasa, Maître Emmanuelle Kapita-Mba Mipu has a wealth of experience in employment and real estate law related matters as well as in natural resources and energy law related matters.
- Attorney-at-law and Member of the Kinshasa-Matete Bar since 2007, of the Lubumbashi Bar since 2016, and of the Tanganyika Bar since 2018;
- Board Member of Credda (Centre for Research and Studies on the Development of the Law in Africa).
Within Étude Kabinda, Maître Kapita-Mba Mipu is part of the team that assists companies’ human resources departments. She is also a member of the team that deals with natural resource and energy law litigation, as well as human rights issues.
