Eric Makaya Kabuya
Maître Eric Makaya Kabuya holds a law degree from the University of Kinshasa and has an outstanding knowledge of Land and Property Law-related issues. He leads the judicial law Department, which he is in charge of.
- Attorney-at-law and Member of the Kinshasa-Gombe Bar since 2001, and of the Tanganyika Bar since 2018;
- Board Member of Credda (Centre for Research and Studies on the Development of the Law in Africa);
- Member of the NGO “Avocats Verts”.
Maître Makaya Kabuya has gained a wealth of experience in Land and Property Law-related matters, as well as on the interaction between the holders of mining, oil and gas, and land concession rights. He has also developed expertise in civil, commercial and administrative litigation related matters.
