Junior Monsengo Fataki
A law graduate from the University of Kinshasa, Maître Junior Monsengo Fataki has a wealth of experience in land and property law, labour law, intellectual property law and business law related matters.
- Attorney-at-law and Member of the Kinshasa-Gombe Bar since 2010,
- and of the Tanganyika Bar since 2018;
- Board Member of Credda (Centre for Research and Studies on the Development of the Law in Africa).
Within the Judicial Law Department, Maître Monsengo Fataki intervenes in litigation involving Étude Kabinda’s clients. He is also in charge of the law Firm’s resource centres and libraries, both in Kinshasa and Lubumbashi. This fascinating task has given him the opportunity to acquire an impressive knowledge of doctrinal writings, as well as DRC case law.
