Freddy Guyindula Gam
Maître Freddy GUYINDULA GAM holds a law degree from the University of Lubumbashi and a degree in French - African Linguistics from the Higher Pedagogical Institute of Lubumbashi (Institut supérieur pédagogique de Lubumbashi). He is a keen expert in the DRC judicial environment.
- Attorney-at-law and Member of the Lubumbashi Bar since 1990, of the Kinshasa/Gombe Bar since 2004 and of the Tanganyika Bar since 2018;
- Chief Assistant at the Law Faculty of the University of Lubumbashi;
- Legal Advisor to several government institutions.
Maître GUYINDULA GAM works from the city of Kinshasa where he has earned a solid reputation in handling property law, family law, labour law and criminal law cases. He therefore travels across the country for defending individuals’ interests and also intervenes in the management of client companies thanks to his expertise in business law.
