Jean-Bienvenu Ntwali Byavulwa
Maître Jean-Bienvenu Ntwali Byavulwa holds a law degree from the University of Kinshasa and has built up a wealth of experience in property law, as well as in business law.
- Attorney-at-law and Member of the Kinshasa-Gombe Bar since 2007, of the Lubumbashi Bar since 2011 , and of the Tanganyika Bar since 2018;
- Board Member of Credda (Centre for Research and Studies on the Development of the Law in Africa);
- Contributor for the Democratic Republic of Congo to the World Bank’s Doing Business report.
Maître Ntwali Byavulwa assists Étude Kabinda’s corporate clients from his office located in the city of Lubumbashi. He is also involved in the firm’s judicial law department, in matters relating to company law, contract and security law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as in due diligence assignments.
