Théodore Kasongo Kamwimbi
Maître Theodore Kasongo Kamwimbi holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law from the University of Cape Town in the Republic of South Africa, and a law degree from the University from Kinshasa. He has a perfect knowledge of the DRC legal system as well as strong command of legal English.
- Attorney-at-law and Member of the Kinshasa-Matete Bar since 2001, and of the Tanganyika Bar since 2018;
- Sworn Expert Interpreter-Translator registered with the Lubumbashi Commercial Court;
- Board Member of Credda (Centre for Research and Studies on the Development of the Law in Africa).
Maître Kasongo Kamwimbi intervenes in business and human rights law related matters as well as litigation involving Étude Kabinda’s clients in the judicial law department. He assists a multidisciplinary team with the preparation of all documentation to be generated in English as well as with his support during the meetings with clients using English as their working language.
