Maître Paulin Mushindo Lupana holds a law degree from the University of Kinshasa and a degree in Industrial Sociology from the University of Lubumbashi.
 
  • Attorney-at-law and Member of the Kinshasa-Matete Bar since 2000, 
  • and of the Tanganyika Bar since 2018;
  • Consultant in DRC Business Law;
  • Member of the editorial and technical team of Codes Larcier of the Democratic Republic of Congo, online;
  • Board Member and Deputy Chairman of Credda (Centre for Research and Studies on the Development of the Law in Africa).
 
Within Étude Kabinda Law Firm, Maître Mushindo Lupana is in charge of the Kinshasa office and has been, since 2006, leading the technical editorial team of Codes Larcier of the Democratic Republic of Congo. He is mainly in charge of the permanent updating of the online edition of Codes Larcier of the Democratic Republic of Congo. With his excellent mastery of the legislative and regulatory environment of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Maître Mushindo Lupana takes part in all the teams’ works within the Firm, by offering his expertise and unique knowledge of the DRC substantive law. He is deeply involved in the team working on litigation matters, individual contracts relating to public and private partnerships, as well as in due diligence operations on mining and corporate law-related matters.
